Coronavirus Update

Corona Virus Update As of 0900hrs Tuesday 24th March 2020

These are unprecedented times. We all have a responsibility to consider not just ourselves but to the people of our country, the local community and on this park. We are having to make decisions and take actions which were unimaginable a few weeks ago.

Over the last 24 hours, there has been an increasing and understandable concern in local communities towards the owners of second homes and caravans, as well as holiday visitors. The government’s clear guidance is that there must be no unnecessary or non-essential travel.

Touring Park

Sandy Gulls Caravan Park will now be closing its Touring park until further notice. It is with regret, we have had to cancel any bookings prior to the 30th April 2020 and will review bookings after this date nearer the time.

Hire Caravans

We have had to cancel any bookings prior to the 30th April 2020 and will review bookings after this date nearer the time. If we have cancelled your holiday your deposit is fully refundable.

This popular seaside village has a wide range of shops, many selling local produce for those evenings when you want to cook for yourself and its cafes, restaurants and pubs will give many options for lunchtime snacks and evening meals. You can enjoy a game of golf on the fine nine-hole (known for its hospitality) Mundesley Golf Course. While you play, take in some of the finest views of the North Norfolk coast. These are our onsite facilities

WiFi is provided throughout Sandy Gulls. Please select the newtork 'Sandy Gulls WiFi'. Time can be brought through paypal on the landing page. You will be able to use up to four devices.

Our new and spacious heated shower block, offers a constant supply of hot water.

The wash room has two large sinks and a spin dryer.

You will find the noticeboard, tourist information, book swap, customer recommendations and a comments board.

Our caravans are fully self contained with one double and one twin bedded room with additional bedroom heating. All caravans have a fully fitted kitchen, with a modern cooker and microwave, shower room and toilet.

The lounge and dining area are larger than normal, with good sprung seating arrangements, complete with TV and DVD.

Latest Models

Always the latest models, our hire caravans are all less than two years old. The insulation properties are three times greater than the average caravan plus double glazing with central heating in every room means much more comfort.

What's Included?

Gas and electricity are included in the rental... All you need to provide are towels, sheets & pillowcases and duvet covers.

We do not take pets in our Hire Caravans.

  • Sandy Gulls touring park is an absolute find on the norfolk coast. the location is fantastic, with panoramic sea views. lovely spacious pitches, no stressful do's and don't regarding choosing and parking . dog's are very welcome, you must respect appropriate common sense rules such as picking up after them and ensuring they are on a lead/pegged out, which is for everyone's safety and comfort. staff are friendly and very helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay. cost of pitch..ok, seems pricey but omg well worth it as the site is a wonderful, peaceful retreat. short walk to the beach for fishing and walking (dogs are allowed on this stretch of the beach) . toilet and shower blocks lovely and clean. local shops for provisions are within walking distance, as is mundesley village which has places to eat and shop. there is a bus service into nearby cromer if you dont want to take the car. we love going to sandy gulls, and have been for the past 11 years, wether for a few days or two weeks hols. i can assure you once visited you will be spoilt and not want to go anywhere else

Whats included?
All pitches have electric and TV hook-ups and free access to our new and spacious heated shower block, offering a constant supply of hot water.
You may bring dogs, all we ask is they are kept on a lead on the park. The beach directly below us is dog friendly all year round.
Your Arrival
Please book by calling the office on 01263 720513 or email info@sandygulls.co.uk. You can arrive between 8:30am & 8pm, please choose a pitch and our Warden Christine will come and see you. On your departure day there is no specific time to be off your pitch so you can leave at your leisure.
